Summer Hargett is the starting catcher for the Point Loma High School’s varsity softball team. She has verbally committed to Northwestern University to play softball and study engineering. For the entire month of May, Summer has been taking the initiative to take her game to the next level by owning her development. She has been consistent with her attendance and always pushes her limits with each workout. Keep up the hard work Summer!
Favorite Food(s)/Meal: Pita Bread and any kind of hummus... Like THE ENTIRE pack of hummus!
Hobbies Outside of Sports: Karate, learning to play songs that I listen to on guitar, going to the movies, and watching Netflix.
Top 4 Movies: Spirited Away, Anastasia, Up, and iRobot.
Top 5 Musical Artists: Journey, and what ever is on Pandora.
Secret Talents: I can cross my eyes and shape my tongue into a taco and a bowl.
Where do I see myself in 3-4 years: At northwestern playing softball and studying for my degree in engineering... or bioengineering. Lol
Biggest Petpeeve: Repetitive stupidity.

Something you don’t know about me: I'm Native American... and a brown recluse bit me when I was younger. I never knew about it for about a week and I had to get a tube shoved down my leg to remove all the venom.
