Shoulder Stability for "The Overhead Athlete"

1-Arm Bottom-up Kettle Bell Carries is a great exercise that builds stability in an overhead position and solidifies the mobility that overhead athletes have. It teaches an athlete to fully rotate the scapula in an upward direction correctly and activates the rotator cuff, which is essential to throwing athletes because they tend to lose upward rotation from repetitive motions as their seasons progress.
